HELP need to convert sig File?

I just spend 2 days hooking up a Calendar Page but realized to late it's an old Broderbund Program. Now I got a sig. File and can only open it with the old Program. I have Windows Vista and would like to convert the File but can't find absolutly nothing to do that.
( Downloaded and deleted one program after the next already and know that ain't good for my Attitude) Don't want to blow money for only one file either. PLEASE HELP
