can I load photos from pc to a digital photo frames internal memory?

So I can look at landscape photos only. i have an XD card, and they are not compatible with all frames. I can use a flash-drive but it looks untidy with the drive sticking out of the frame. The frames which rotate portrait to landscape leave a black border and distort the picture.
I could buy a card reader etc but i would like to use what I have before I buy extra bits.

Just bought a Targus Card reader for $8.88 at Walmart and it is really great. Was able to move pictures from card reader to computer, edit pictures, and then move the picture back to the "camera folder" on the memory card. These edited pictures then worked fine in the camera and would work well in your memory frames.

High mega pixel settings may not be best. It takes longer to process and may not be needed unless required for very large pictures or enlarging small parts of pictures. Maximum print size for a 3 mega pixel setting is 8 x 10 inches.

CAUTION To prevent data loss, wait for lights to stop blinking then turn camera off before removing memory. For memory card readers, double click Safely Remove Hardware, Stop, and OK.
