What is EBlaster........?

I scanned one of my "Received files" folder with Spybot S&d and the status on alot of them says "EBlaster" I searched this on google and it says it's some sort of keylogger? but I doubt these people would send me a keylogger.
Also, how do I get rid of it? Do I have to delete those files?
