How do I find backed up files from Norton Ghost?

I was doing a system restore and my computer shut off, and my mom set it back to factory settings with norton ghost but she said she backed up all the files before she did it. Now I can't find anything she backed up! HELP! Please!

Your mum must have backed up the whole system to a Ghost file. Try to search using *.gho using windows search. Go to Start>Choose Search>choose All Files & Folders>Then Type (*.gho) without brackets. If you still unable to find Ghost file; Change your Folder Options: Open My documents>Choose Tools>Then Folder options>Choose View Tab>Find 'Show hidden files and folders and select it>Press ok.
Then Try searching for a *.gho image file.
