Quicken Program Canada or USA?

I live in Canada and am planning to buy the Quicken Program.So now,does it make a difference if I buy it in the US or canada?Do they work in either place? I went to Quicken Canada's website and it does not look like they sell the Premier 2008 which is want I wanted.
