best video format for an LG Incite for video conversion? 3GP 3GP2, I want high quality streaming?

I have an LG Incite and a standard AVI file is too large to play (all I get is the audio) 3GP format looks like crap for streaming and I havn't tried 3GP2 yet. Is their another file format I could use that might be better? Im running xilisoft for the video convertor so my options are VERY open?
