The only way to obtain a set of clean audio tracks is to ensure that an acoustically clear environment is the basis for your recording studio setup.

Dubbed versions of Studio Ghibli (along with the Japanese versions) are mostly distributed by Disney and available in most “large” music stores, in the animation section, or the anime section, or the kids section, or the family section, depending on the store.

However Disney will be releasing a dubbed version of “Tales from Earthsea” next year when the Sci-Fi channels rights to Earthsea material within the US runs out. You may prefer to wait. “Tales of Earthsea” is, in my estimation, a relatively poor film.
